Return, Refund & Shipping Policy

 

At SWH MARKETING, we strive to provide quality products and reliable customer service. This policy explains the terms related to order cancellation, returns, refunds, exchanges, and shipping.


Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel an order or request a refund for products or services purchased through our Platform.


A. Order Cancellation

1. Cancellation requests will only be considered if made within 15 days of placing the order.

2. Cancellation requests may not be accepted if:

     a. The order has already been processed by the seller/merchant;

     b. The shipment has already been dispatched;

     c. The order is out for delivery.

In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery.


B. Non-Cancellable Products

SWH MARKETING does not accept cancellation requests for certain perishable or consumable products, including but not limited to:

1. Herbal consumables

2. Food supplements

3. Nutritional consumables

Eatable items

However, replacement or refund requests may be considered if the customer establishes that the product delivered was damaged, defective, expired, or of unsatisfactory quality.


C. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

1. Damaged products

2. Defective items

3. Incorrect products

4. Products different from website descriptions

Please contact our customer support team within 15 days from the date of delivery.

After reviewing your complaint and verification by the seller/merchant, an appropriate resolution such as replacement, exchange, or refund may be provided.


D. Manufacturer Warranty Claims

For products covered under manufacturer warranty, customers are requested to directly contact the respective manufacturer or authorized service provider.


E. Refund Processing Time

If a refund request is approved by SWH MARKETING, the refund amount will generally be processed within 45 business days to the original payment method or approved account.


Return & Exchange Policy

We offer return or exchange within 15 days from the date of purchase.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

The product must:

1. Be unused;

2. Be in original condition;

3. Include original packaging, labels, and accessories;

4. Not be damaged due to customer misuse.


Non-Returnable Products

Certain products may not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange, including:

1. Products purchased during special sales or promotional offers;

2. Opened consumable items;

3. Used wellness or nutrition products;

4. Products specifically marked as β€œNon-Returnable.”

Such conditions will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.


Exchange Approval Process

Once we receive your returned product:

1. The item will undergo quality inspection;

2. You will receive confirmation via email;

3. If approved, your return, refund, or exchange request will be processed as per company policy.

4. Exchanges will typically take 8–10 days to complete.

Only defective or damaged items may qualify for replacement.

3. Authorized logistics partners

Orders are generally processed and delivered within 8-10 business days from:

1. Successful order confirmation; or

2. Payment confirmation

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability and service location.


Delivery Information

1. Orders will be delivered to the address provided during checkout.

2. Delivery confirmation and shipment updates may be sent to your registered email address or mobile number.

3. SWH MARKETING shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

Any shipping, handling, or delivery charges paid during order placement are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
